Delete your FormFlow account

FormFlow is run by Naylo Systems Ltd. This page is how you ask us to delete your account and the data that goes with it.

How to ask

Email hello@naylosystems.com with the subject “Delete my FormFlow account”, from the email address your account uses. That address is how we know the request really comes from you. If you no longer have access to it, write to us anyway and we will find another way to check.

We act on deletion requests within one month, usually much sooner, and we confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your membership of any workspace, and any unaccepted invites to you.
• The offline copy on your phone — deleted the moment you sign out or uninstall.

What is kept, and why

Forms you submitted at work are site records — inspections, permits, sign-offs — and they belong to the workspace that runs them, usually your employer. Those records stay, with your name on them, exactly as a signed paper form would stay in a site office. If you believe one of those records should also be removed, tell us in your email: for records the workspace owns we will pass the request to its admin, and where the law gives you the right to erasure we will help you use it.
