About FormFlow

Made by Naylo Systems Ltd.

FormFlow is digital paperwork for people who work on sites, built by Naylo Systems Ltd. Companies build their forms — inspections, permits, checklists, sign-offs — and their crews fill them in where the work happens: on a phone, in a basement, out of signal, with gloves on.

What it believes

Paperwork should survive a dead zone. The moment somebody needs the method statement is the moment they are standing in a lift shaft. Forms fill in, documents open, and finished work waits safely on the phone until signal returns. “Works offline” is the product’s whole promise, not a feature tick.

A site record must not be quietly alterable. Submissions keep who filed them and when; corrections keep a permanent before-and-after; sign-offs keep a trail. Like a signed paper form in a site office, but harder to lose and impossible to tidy up after the fact.

No tricks. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no cookies. Location is recorded only when someone taps the button on a location question. The privacy policy is short, written in plain words, and checked against the code before it is published.

Plain words. Error messages, policies, this page — if a crew member at 7am can’t understand a sentence, the sentence is wrong.
